"Every summer that I come to camp, I find that I learn something new. The biggest thing I learned about myself this summer was that I am capable of doing a lake swim to Poyntelle and then back to Lewis Village." - Lindsay, 15

Welcome!
Camp Poyntelle Lewis Village (CPLV) has been enriching the lives of campers for over 60 years. We have evolved into one of the premiere Jewish
resident camps in the country. Our incredible culture, beautiful facility, dedicated staff with proactive core values and ensure we will build on the fantastic traditions which define CPLV.
We offer a wide variety of athletic, waterfront, nature/ropes and arts programs for campers grades 2-11. CPLV is unique because we have separate
camps, Poyntelle and Lewis Village.Poyntelle hosts campers in grades 1-7 who engage in age appropriate activities and programs. Lewis Village is home for campers in grades 8-11
where activities and programs are more challenging and exciting for teenagers. We at CPLV also function as one united camp during special times such as Shabbat when we gather in
our white shirts at the edge of Poyntelle Lake. Although camp lasts just eight short weeks we endeavor to stay in touch with our campers long after the gates of summer close.
