Camp has always been my second home. When I first came to Poyntelle when I was 9 I was so scared because I didn’t know anyone. But within days I had met the girls I now call my sisters, and who I would do anything for. It’s truly a special place that I keep close to my heart. I know with absolute certainty that I will never forget this place, ever. Now I am just counting down the days till I can go back again, and spend another indescribable summer with the people I love most. So wether it’s a rainy day where we sit in the bunk and play cards while dancing around, or a super hot afternoon spent playing in the lake, I cherish every second. I can’t imagine my life without camp. And I wouldn’t want to.
