We are excited to announce that Natalie Montone will be joining the Camp Poyntelle family as Program Director this summer. In this role she will oversee all aspects of the program at camp, but will focus on our Evenings and Special Events. While we know that learning new skills on the soccer field or perfecting a backstroke in the pool is an important part of summer camp, we also know that some of the best memories are made when campers get to spend time together at our unique evening activities or our weekly special events and theme days. We look forward to Natalie’s creativity and experience bringing these events to life in new and exciting ways!

Natalie comes to Poyntelle as a first time staff member with a wealth of excitement and camp experience! Natalie joins us after spending the last number of years at a JCC Day Camp in New Jersey. Her most recent role there was as Program Director, but she has done everything from volleyball specialist to lifeguard to trip coordinator. We are fortunate that she chose to expand her horizons beyond day camp and try sleep-away camp this summer.

During the school year Natalie works as a special education teacher at Gottesman RTW Academy. In addition to teaching she also coaches soccer, volleyball and basketball. While not teaching or at camp Natalie spends her free time as a ski instructor or honing her skills as a third degree black belt and power lifter. We hope you will join us in welcoming Natalie to the team. We can’t wait to see her in action this summer!
